Richmond Department of Fire and Emergency Services will be hosting a Fall Customer Academy beginning on September 16, 2010. This is a free ten week academy for residents of the city, employees of the city and family members of Fire Department personnel. The academy will meet every Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and will conclude with a graduation ceremony on November 18, 2010.
